Though I've met Rusty Towell before, the most insight I've gotten was from his participation in podcasts. "Titans of Nuclear" and "Power Hungry" both interviewed Rusty. And both asked questions about the NRC licensing process.
I still had questions about that, and so while you don't need to have listened to those interviews to get the context of my questions, just know that's where my head was at. I'd listened to ~3h of Rusty Towell podcast interviews and I still had questions about NRC licensing of the MSRR.
