As luck would have it, Per and Kirk briefly discuss ORNL documents, NASA and "sneaker net" propagation of PDF at the start of this video (before the tour). While the audio/video quality of that moment is not great, it WAS a bit of discussion that ties in quite nicely with the "Th" chapter I'm working on.
