Ben Heard is now Dr. Ben Heard (PhD). He recently spoke at an Australian Libertarian conference (#18) and I watched the official coverage of the talk they'd posted on YouTube... it had no slides. (It was very-much a slide-oriented talk.)
I did think it was a great talk (his talks always are) so I asked Ben if he could send me the slides for a proper edit. That is what you see above.
