Andreas of Thorium Energy World will no-doubt be soon create an official Patreon post regarding this Thorium Energy video shot in 2018. Here is Thorium Energy's Patreon account if you'd like to help support their annual conferences: https://www.patreon.com/ThoriumEnergyWorld/
I didn't edit this ThEC2018 video, but wanted to make sure you-all knew it has been released.
ThEC Video Workflow (if ya care)
TBs of footage has been pooled on Google Drive. I put various angles and audio sources in sync in Premiere Pro and shared that project file. Jonah is working forward chronologically, and I've been working backwards.
Syd Ball spoke early Day1 of 3 days of talks.
I arrived late to the conference Day1, and was still frantically setting up cameras while Syd was talking. So my input into Syd's video was strictly putting audio/video in sync in Premiere Pro and sharing that project file... Jonah edited it, and Billy is the reason the audio is decent (Billy's Zoom-mic-camera setup). So, great work guys.
Jonah and Gord Editing ThEC2018
Have reached an agreement with Andreas where I'll be able to post 1/2 the TEC videos I edit to my own channel, so long as they're all available to Thorium Energy's official channel. That just happened today, so you-all should soon enjoy a steady stream of TEC videos. Because my channel won't host every video, if you want to receive every TEC talk via YouTube Subscription, then assuming you've already subscribed to my channel...
https://www.youtube.com/gordonmcdowell/
...you'll also need to subscribe to "Thorium Energy"...
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjjDyxkscUjCTUNBVnUy4Ig/videos
...see how Syd's video is on the Thorium Energy channel but not mine?
That's how it'll be for 1/2 the videos!
(I mean you could technically UNsubscribe to my channel and then only subscribe to "Thorium Energy" channel, and still see all the ThEC2018 videos... but that'd be just plain mean.)
As noted in my last post, I've landed on my own quality-vs-speed compromise for editing TEC videos, it completely ties up my editing PC rendering, but not too many Gord-hours, so I can try get FFR stuff done on MacBook.
And of course Jonah will continue to work on Day1 and post those exclusively to Thorium Energy's channel.
Support
Thanks for your support... YOU are the reason I'm able to edit the videos I'll be editing, and releasing here... and the rest which I'll be releasing through Thorium Energy.
I'll be doing no narrative work until ThEC2018 lectures are done. But I very much look forward to returning to narrative video editing after that.
Cory Booker is Running for President
I'm Canadian so feel free to ignore everything I say regarding U.S. politics, but here's my 2c for those on the American left.
Republicans who support nuclear are fairly common.
Democrats who support nuclear are not.
Cory Booker has announced his Democratic-Party-candidacy for President of the United States.

Whether you like him or not, if you're a left-leaning American, now might be a good time to try ask questions of Democratic presidential candidates about their energy policies.
Nobody has to feel forced to support any anti-nuclear progressive. There is a pro-nuclear progressive.
Any progressive candidate can now be told, you'd just love to support them, but until they include nuclear in their plan to fight global warming you'll just have to support Booker instead.
I mean, vote for whoever you want, but at least tell anyone asking for money that this is a big deal to you. If they're asking for money, they'll hear ya out.
